WHERE IS THE NONSENSE?
Caving into ambitions leads to a dead end. Life doesnt respond to their inflamed growth within someones soul. Ambition remains unfulfilled, and efforts at self-realization in the external world resemble Sisyphus labor.
Straining his muscles, drenched in sweat, someone stubbornly pushes a metaphysical stone up a hill, only to gain nothing. Life is meaningless, he thinks. Life is a mockery, it seems to him.
And then – the growth of ambition within the soul ceases (the best option), and somehow subtly, through a gentle, unfamiliar radiance, an ocean of spirituality spread out above us becomes clear – an ocean illuminated by the brightest light of love; and – work finds new meaning – or a person realizes that the meaning is to do the work well, connecting with this spiritual ocean – and for its sake...
The person changes. He becomes brighter. Perhaps others even notice it, although the person already suspects that there are no others in essence, that everyone is one, because the roots of all lives are in this ocean of love and spirituality. (Try to feel like this on the subway, during rush hour – if you can, then something has really shifted in your soul).
But theodicy seems childish to the person already, and although at a theoretical level he doesnt know how to solve it, but the question – understands – is wrongly posed...
The waves of the ocean caress his soul, and he works, and... where is the nonsense here? Absurdity?
